SO GOOOOOOD! 👌 Find the recipe below for these easy chocolate cupcakes made using our 100% Cacao Powder—also featuring summer vibes from our latest release Macadamia & Mango below 💛⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ What you need⁠⁠ Cupcakes⁠⁠ 1 1/2 cups spelt flour (or a gluten-free flour blend works too)⁠⁠ 1 cup coconut sugar⁠⁠ 1/4 cup 100% Cacao Powder⁠⁠ 1 tsp baking soda⁠⁠ 1/2 tsp fine sea salt⁠⁠j 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sunflower oil⁠⁠ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁠⁠ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠⁠ 1 cup filtered water⁠⁠ Ganache⁠⁠ 175 grams Mylk Chocolate Pieces⁠⁠ (chopped into fine shards) 1/2 cup coconut milk ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Method⁠⁠ Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a muffin pan with paper cups.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ In a large bowl, whisk together the light spelt flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and water. As quickly as you can, stir the batter with a spatula until smooth and fully combined. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Quickly divide batter evenly among paper cups in the muffin pan.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Bake for 20 minutes, or until cakes spring back when lightly touched or a toothpick inserted into the centre of a cake emerges clean. Cool cupcakes completely.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ To prepare the ganache gently heat your coconut milk. ⁠Pour over your Chocolate Pieces, stir with a spatula until smooth. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Let cool until you have a spreadable consistency. It can take up to an hour.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Frost your cupcakes decorate if you’re feeling it with macadamia and mango pieces and EAT!⁠⁠

Because this is life! 🙌 A recipe from Pana’s sister, this brownie is perfection. Made using our 100% Cacao Powder with your favourite spread in the batter, it’s all sorts of delicious. Recipe below.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ What you need⁠⁠ 204g gluten-free plain flour⁠⁠ 250g coconut sugar⁠⁠ 35g 100% Cacao Powder⁠⁠ 1 tsp salt⁠⁠ 2 tsp vanilla extract⁠⁠ 100ml of plant-based milk⁠⁠ 1 1/2 medium ripened banana (mashed)⁠⁠ 110ml coconut oil⁠⁠ 60g Blood Orange Dark Chocolate Spread⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Method⁠⁠ Preheat your oven to 180°C.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Line a 28cm x 18cm baking tray with greaseproof paper.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Weigh dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.⁠⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Add all wet ingredients except spread and mix the batch together until smooth. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Place in the tray and spread out evenly.⁠⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Drizzle on top your Pana Organic Blood Orange Dark Spread and swirl through the brownie mix.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Bake for 22-24 minutes.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Cool on the tray for 15 minutes.⁠⁠

Breakfast anyone? Coconut loaf with just enough Hazelnut Chocolate 👌 Recipe below.⁠ ⁠ What you need⁠ 340 grams spelt flour⁠ 110 grams shredded coconut⁠ 2 teaspoons baking powder⁠ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda⁠ 1/2 teaspoon sea salt⁠ 1/4 teaspoon vanilla ⁠ 400 ml full-fat coconut milk (1 can)⁠ 60 grams coconut oil, melted⁠ 1/4 cup maple syrup⁠ ⁠ Method⁠ Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a standard loaf tin with coconut oil.⁠ ⁠ In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Make a well in the centre of your dry ingredients.⁠ ⁠ Pour the coconut milk, oil, and maple syrup into a small bowl (or use the pot you melted the oil in) and whisk until fully combined. Add the coconut milk mixture to the large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon, until just combined and no streaks of flour remain.⁠ ⁠ Place the coconut bread batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake on the middle rack in your oven for roughly 45 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.⁠ ⁠ Remove from the oven and let it cool in the tin on a cooling rack for 15 minutes, then gently remove it and cool completely before storing. It keeps well on the counter, wrapped well, for up to 3 days, and freezes well. ⁠ ⁠ Hazelnut Chocolate is available at your local Woolworths, Coles and Independent Grocer. AND the 400g jars are now available at Coles and Independent Grocers.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠

Bite-sized, energised cacao, mint and matcha balls! ⚡️⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ In anticipation of World Vegan Day, we're celebrating the magic of plant foods with a series of recipes for you to make at home adding in as much Pana Organic deliciousness as possible! 😆⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ What you need⁠⁠ 2 cups dates, packed⁠⁠ 1 cup flaxseed⁠⁠ 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds⁠⁠ 1/4 cup 100% Cacao Powder, extra for rolling⁠⁠ 1/4 cup hemp seeds⁠⁠ 2 tablespoons chia seeds⁠⁠ 1 tablespoon Mint Dark Chocolate Spread⁠⁠ 1 tablespoon matcha powder plus extra for coating⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Method⁠⁠ Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined, slightly sticky. Whenever there is cake, there is always an opportunity for chocolate. Dark chocolate ganache 👌 SO FLIPPING GOOD!!! What are you guys making this week? Super simple ganache as below 🤤⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ What you need⁠⁠ 180 g Dark Chocolate Pieces chopped super fine⁠⁠ ½ cup coconut milk⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ What you do ⁠⁠ Place chopped chocolate in a large bowl. Bring your coconut milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Be careful not to burn it. Pour it over the chocolate. Leave for a minute.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Using a spatula, stir until the chocolate is super smooth. Set aside until your chocolate ganache becomes spreadable. Work quickly to cover your cake, cupcakes. Enjoy!⁠⁠
